Our apprentices are licensed and certified to meet the unique job requirements of commercial trades. Utilize our worker for a full day. If they were over-promoted in any way, we’ll replace them at no charge to you for the work completed.

We’re picky, and we’re proud of that. In addition to earning certifications and licenses on the job, our workers participate in hands-on, skill-specific trainings. Recent projects include infectious control checkpoints, hand washing stations, and shipping container offices.
Our process
01 Interviews
We’ll verify their driver’s license and transportation. Next, we’ll conduct a video interview and attach it to their character resume along with any degrees, awards or accomplishments.
02 Orientation
In the second interview, we’ll run a criminal background check, verify their work history and contact references. Next, they’ll be e-verified, safety record checked, as well as drug and alcohol tested.
03 Introduction
We’ll introduce you to them on the job site and run a safety equipment check. Next, we’ll provide name tags and contact information to both parties. Then, our worker will sign an expectation agreement.
